Vera guides students on an intentional, invigorating journey of body and mind, towards a place of peace and inner strength. Vera favours a swift-paced, deeply-rhythmic style of movement. Vera is a co-founder of We Rise.

    Through meditation, yoga, sound and breathwork James has helped hundreds of people live fearlessly in honour of a happier and more meaningful life. Equipped with a voice that soothes and empowers and a grounded motivational style, you are sure to leave a class led by James feeling a deeper connection with yourself. James is a co-founder of We Rise.

    Ellisha is a 200hr Vinyasa Yoga Teacher, well known for her fluid, dynamic and playful classes. Her classes combine curiosity, creativity and empowerment, exploring all four corners of the mat using the breath as our guide. Ellisha inspires students to reconnect with their bodies, using yoga as a practice to returning home to ourselves.
