FAQ

  • All classes must booked in advance through our website. You can select a single class, purchase a pack or sign-up for a membership in order to book.

    You must create an account, sign the participation waiver as well as policies before booking a class or event. If you click Sign Up on the class or event you want to attend our booking system will take you through step-by-step.

  • Dress comfortably. For our yoga classes we recommend wearing something you can easily move in. We have props and yoga mats but you’re welcome to bring your own as well. For our Breath + Sound event we provide eye masks too.

    Bring water and anything you need to be comfortable but please bear in mind we have very limited capacity in the studio to store bags. Lockers are available but we’re unable to take responsibility for guest’s belongings.

    Please arrive 10 minutes before the start of the class.

  • There is free parking in Little Bedford Street (on the left handside of the road) and paid parking (Mon - Sat 8.30 - 17.30) right in front of Harbour House and also on Bedford Street which the road just below. Parking is £0.50 per hour and can be paid via Ringo app.

    In addition there is a multi-storey car park at The Beacon Centre which is a 4 minute walk from the studio. Up to 2 hours of parking is only £1 and Sundays is free.

  • We’re glad you’ve asked! Members on the Unlimited Membership can bring ONE friend for free every month.

    This can only be redeemed once per customer and cannot be used for events.

    If you want to book a friend in, the easiest way is to get them a Gift Card as you are not able to book a class for another guests, unless you create an account for them. This is because they need to read our T&Cs as well as the waiver to ensure their safe participation in class. If you have an issue contact us.

  • Cancellations for Classes

    We have a 12 hour cancellation policy for all classes. If you cancel more than 12 hours in advance, you will be credited your Class Pass. If you cancel less than 12 hours in advance or do not show, you will not be credited or reimbursed.

    Cancellations for Events/Appointments

    For our Events there is a 24 hour cancellation policy. If you cancel more than 24 hours in advance, you will be credited your Event Pass. If you cancel less than 24 hours in advance or do not show, you will not be credited or reimbursed.

    Special events might not be refundable, this will be made clear in the event description.

    If Classes or Events are cancelled due to circumstances outside of our control, credits will be issued.

  • You can gain access to all our digital content with a subscription to We Rise Online (£19 monthly or £170 annually). All our content is on-demand which means you can access it anytime, anywhere.

    If you have a monthly membership for the studio you get automatic access to We Rise Online.

  • We do! You can get one here and it will be delivered straight to the lucky recipient (or to you if you prefer).
