Your down-to-Earth, science obsessed, healthy habits wizard health coach with a background in Molecular Medicine and 13 years of experience in the healthcare industry.

I went from following restrictive, unrealistic habits (and feeling like a failure when I wasn't able to keep them) to leading a healthy lifestyle that serves all aspects of my life. A lifestyle that is defined by consistency and mindful choices.

Since 2019, I have been coaching women on how to achieve the same. I'm here to help you make lifestyle changes in my 6 Pillars of Wellness and build habits that last.

  • Main concerns included persistent infections due poor gut health after recurrent antibiotic use. We focused on boosting diet with prebiotics and eliminated potential inflammatory foods such as dairy. We also looked at how exercise, stress coping mechanisms and emotional wellbeing could support her gut health. After only 1 week, their skin had cleared out from recent acne breakouts and felt a definite difference on overall health.

  • Main concerns related to iron deficiency, concentration and memory despite eating healthily most of the time. After ensuring they were being followed by their GP as well, we focused on iron-rich foods as well as vitamin C intake to enhance iron absorption. We also worked on meditation techniques and good sleep hygiene. After 2 months, their iron levels were back to normal and they felt an improvement in concentration levels too.
