Modern life is demanding and, many times, looking after our wellbeing on top of stressful jobs, a busy family life and social commitments can feel overwhelming. When we are unable to meet our own expectations and the promises we make to ourselves, demotivation kicks in and it can be hard to know where to start on your health journey so you can feel your absolute best.

We’ve spent years studying and experimenting with ways to implement meaningful lifestyle changes that are both rooted in science but also realistic. From experience, both personal and from coaching clients, we know that we can only maintain a healthy lifestyle when the changes we make are sustainable (fit in with our lives) and enjoyable. You don’t need hours everyday to reap the benefits either, we are big proponents of the value of consistency; doing something small and achievable most days instead of big actions once a month. Walking 30 minutes everyday instead of running 10K once a year, eating a leafy green everyday instead of eating “clean” once a week will have more impact on your health in the long term. We live surrounded by information, diets, fads and trends so how do you know what to trust? How can you sift through all this information AND find the time to implement it?

Hi, I’m Vera

An Integrative Nutrition Health Coach and Yoga Teacher with a background in Molecular Medicine and over 11 years of experience in the healthcare industry.

I combine my education, coaching expertise and passion for wellness to create effective and sustainable systems that help people to simplify healthy living, let go of perfectionism and find joy, pleasure and nourishment in way they live. You’ll find me teaching yoga and running retreats and you can access my work through my online membership or book.

Everything I do is grounded on The Six Pillars of Wellness framework I created back in the day when I founded Mana Living. A healthy state goes beyond the absence of illness. It’s a combination of physical, mental, spiritual and emotional wellbeing so I truly believe in a holistic approach to wellness that integrates the whole being. 

A way of living that will not only make you FEEL GOOD today, it will support your health for years and decades to come.
